Nationwide Pallet Delivery
Your delivery will be made by our dedicated couriers Pallet Force to ensure your delivery the first time, every time. In some cases, we may need to use another 3rd Party Pallet Courier however the same rules apply!
What you need to consider when selecting Nationwide Pallet Delivery
What we can do:
- We can only deliver to a hard flat surface such as tarmac, concrete and paved driveways (we can not deliver to gravel driveways with our pump trucks or pull over grass or cobbles)
- We can only use a tail-lift on level ground, not slopes! (Reasonably Level)
- Deliveries will be made using a manual pump truck. Please Note: This delivery service is only guaranteed to the kerb side but our drivers will try their very best to help where they can!
- Make sure we know about any road restrictions: height, weight, no parking, narrow lanes, pedestrian crossings, low hanging trees, road closures or anything else which could restrict the vehicle access.
- We can provide you with a delivery date and if requested or applicable a tracking ID for Palletforce deliveries using Palletforce: Track my pallet. Unfortunately, with 3rd Party Couriers, we can not provide you with a delivery time slot. As standard Palletforce deliveries are anytime between 8am and 6pm, however they are able to provide options for delivery before 10 am or before 12am at an extra cost. (If required please call or email us to arrange)
- Please remember deliveries can only be made to hardstanding, even ground. We cannot pull over gravel, loose stones, cobbles, or grass. We cannot pull pump trucks over very high kerbs
How you can help:
- When? On our callback to discuss your ideal delivery slot please try to select a delivery date you can be present for. If you are not able to be in to take a delivery on the date the driver will try their best to choose a drop off point suitable for you or we can leave them a note for delivery (although this is not ideal)
- Where are we going? When placing your order with us, please inform us about any access restrictions there may be, this will allow us to use the right vehicle and delivery equipment fir the job. This saves us wasted journeys and you the additional charges of returning or redelivering.
- Please be patient with us As a family business we put our everything into each and every delivery, even when using 3rd party couriers we ensure all information is provided and we call local depots to check on deliveries. However, on the very rare occasion - and this is very rare - long trip deliveries nationwide do not always go as plain sailing as we would like with incidents, traffic, road closures etc so please bare with us as we do everything we can to get your pallet delivered on time!
Please note that all delivery requirements are the customers responsibility to meet. As a result, charges for failed delivery and return of goods will be charged to the customer before refund or additional charges will be made if the cost of delivery and return exceeds the purchase price. We have a clear table of charges for delivery and return which can be shared on request for failed orders. As a result, please ensure you are happy with all of the above and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us to ensure no issues occur.
